My mindset around food has changed a lot over the past year or so. One of the things I’ve eliminated completely has been seed oils. Most seed oils are hyper processed at high heat and are artificially hydrogenated which eliminates any possible benefits from them as a supposed healthy fat. Some are better than others of course. Olive and peanut oil that are made well are the best I’d say but I’ll be sticking to tallow, lard and butter for now on as much as I can. What about you?
