Do you celebrate Cinco de Mayo?
Cinco de Mayo is the fifth of May and it commemorates a major battle the Mexican won against the French. That battle was more of a morale boost victory rather than an actual tactical win but that's besides the point. The US uses this day as an excuse to eat tacos and other tex-mex foods while wearing ponchos and sombreros. I'm about as much of a gringo as they come so this holiday has never really been my thing even though I love tacos, quesadillas and taquitos. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
