I started practicing the elimination diet this year and I’ve eliminated most things that I want to avoid out of my standard diet. There’s always room for experimentation and improvement and I do eat things I’d rather not since even I eat socially. One of those things is pasta. Though even entirely on my own I’d eat some pasta sparingly. It taste great of course and it’s great to cook one pot dishes with. Most store bought pastas are garbage loaded with toxic additives. It is a food I mostly avoid and when I do get it; I try to use one ingredient pasta and I always pair it with protein. What about you? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
