Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years for personal and religious fulfilment. I've never been too into meditation but as I've begun to focus on my health I've worked just a bit of mediation in as well to help with my mental state. I do need to be more consistent but mediation is nice and in this crazy, online world, we could all use some time where we wind down a bit. Those are my thoughts. What are yours?
