I weigh myself once a week and I find that works pretty well for me. The scale is just a tool and like any tool it can be misused and abused. Weighing yourself daily is what's going to get you and living your life in pursuit of maintaining a specific number instead of your health is quite toxic. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
