Did you see The Little Mermaid (2023)?
The race swapped version of The Little Mermaid is finally open to the viewing public and seems like it’s off to not be the hit Disney needs it to be. This film has generated controversy and internet arguments for years at this point and I for one could not care less about any of it. Hollywood has done these lazy remakes and used racebaiting as a marketing point for so long that a lot of people have checked out the mainstream film industry, including myself. I do love the original movie as it’s a beautifully made classic and always will be. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
