I talked about kombucha yesterday and now I’ll open it up to all fermented foods. The only fermented food I consume consistently is kefir and it’s done a lot for my gut health. Introducing good bacteria into your microbiome is great and in my mind high quality fermented foods are the best way to do that. What do you think?
