While mainstream health advice will tout whole grains as a great food source: they’re not. Most bread and grains are engineered garbage that damage the gut. Sprouted grains are grains that have just begun to sprout and as such are more digestible and less harsh to the gut. I’ve eliminated bread from my diet and I don’t feel the need to reincorporate bread even if it’s made from sprouted grains. What do you think? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
