I’ve been doing yoga consistently for over a month and it’s transformed my life. While the exercise does get knocked as something only for hippies and yuppies; It’s beneficial for the mind and body to stretch your muscles and flex your body through the various poses. In my opinion it’s a must to do yoga or some other forms of calisthenics if you’re an athlete or do any intense training consistently. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
