OMAD is eating one meal a day. It’s done in conjunction with intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet to maximize the reduction of insulin and fat loss. I’ve never done OMAD but if doing it can help one stick to a more healthy diet then I am all for it. What do you think? Don’t forget to vote on the poll and to comment below!
