TRT is testosterone replacement therapy and it’s part of hormone replacement therapy or HRT as it’s injection of exogenous testosterone and similar pharmaceutical compounds to compensate for a deficiency in natural production. It’s become more common place as the culture has become more accepting of injecting exogenous hormones into yourself. I’m not too keen on ever using TRT to compensate for lower levels of testosterone if that does happen for me. I do take a supplement that is a Test booster but I think living a healthy lifestyle is prime in optimizing hormonal health. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
