I’ve talked about saunas before and I’ve been using the one at my gym consistently as I find it helps me deal with heat better and it feels great. Cold plunging isn’t something that I have experience with but I know plenty of fitness minded people swear by it. The idea is the change in body temperature creates a dopamine rush that can propel your through your workouts and your day in general. It’s something that I would do before lifting as you don’t want to inhibit your body’s inflammatory response which is necessary in building muscle. Those are just my thoughts. What are yours?
